Prairie Bread Kitchen

Robert Stephenson represents Chicago Chef, Doran Payne. Mr. Payne started DP Foodservice, LLC which took over its first restaurant, Prairie Bread Kitchen, in Oak Park in 2009. Prior to taking over Prairie Bread Kitchen, Chef Payne ran Rhapsody restaurant in Chicago.

Mr. Stephenson formed the Company, negotiated an asset purchase agreement for Prairie Bread Kitchen, and negotiated a new lease for DP Foodservice LLC at 103 North Marion Avenue.

While Prairie Bread Kitchen will remain an iconic restaurant in Oak Park, look for new and exciting twists to the menu, enhanced catering, and other changes.
